What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- The visit to the castle includes 300 steps of different heights and orientations
- Numerous resting seats are available along the tour circuit
- Free admission for children under 6
- Free entrance for all visitors on the 1st Sunday of the month from November to March and during the "European Heritage Days" (3rd week-end of September)
- Pushchairs are not allowed. If you come with a toddler, bring a baby carrier.
- Animals are not allowed except for guide dogs and assistance animals (on presentation of proof)
- The castle is open all year round except on 1 January, 30 January, and 25 December. November to February: 9.30 am to 12.00 pm and 1.15 pm to 4.15 pm March and October: 9.30 am to 5.45 pm April, May, and September: 9.15 am to 6.00 pm June, July, and August: 9.15 am to 6.45 pm On Mondays, the castle opens at 10.30 am Last entry 1 hour before the castle closes
