- Those who are unable to transfer from a wheelchair may still experience The Flyer—San Francisco’s 3D video without the motion seat.
- It is recommended to book earlier than 3 working days before departure. We will confirm your itinerary and reply to your message within 24 hours, or no later than 3 business days in case of peak order periods. If sold out, we will offer you other options or cancel your order
- Passengers who do not attend or use the product on the day of travel or use are considered to have voluntarily given up and will not be refunded
