We were very satisfied with the experience. Our tour guide, Ron, cared for our safety and was very considerate. One point of feedback: We were told to arrive 45 minutes early or our tour would be canceled. However, the check-in counter didn't open until 30 minutes before the tour. This made us feel a little rushed, and we think it would be better if they were more punctual. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend it!
