Overview
- Leave Miami behind, head to the Everglades in your air-conditioned bus, and start the day with your Everglades Airboat Adventure. A trip to Miami is not complete without touring the Florida Everglades by airboat - it's nature at its best. Your 30-minute airboat ride through the Everglade wilderness includes full narration from your airboat captain-guide.
- In the unique ecosystem of the Everglades, you'll see breathtaking panoramic views, lush vegetation and enjoy complete tranquility. After the airboat ride, you'll spend over 2 hours in the Everglades National Park to visit the alligator wildlife show with plenty of time to take a wander along the jungle walking trail filled with crocodilian exhibits.
- Return to Miami for the second part of your day and step aboard your Biscayne Bay Cruise.
- During this 90-minute cruise, you'll see the city skyline, Fisher Island, Miami Beach and the port of Miami's cruise ship and cargo districts.
- With plenty of seating both inside and out, the boat's lower salons are enclosed, air-conditioned and have full facilities. Upper decks are open air with partial awnings. Soft drinks, beer, wine, cocktails and snacks are available for purchase on board.

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- It is recommended that you make a reservation 3 working days before departure, We will complete your itinerary confirmation and information reply within 24 hours. In case of rush hour, will not exceed more than 3 working days. If sold out, we will provide you with other options or cancel the order.
- Passengers are not present or didn't use the product on that very day will be automatically considered as giving up the product and refund is not allowed.

This app made it super easy to reserve a space and time for our trip to NYC. We usually take the train, but needed a car this time. I usually hate looking for parking, so I tried to find a garage near our hotel. When I found that there was one just a block away I went to their website and saw that they had this app. It was super easy to set up and I found a space and was able to adjust the time and complete my transaction from creating an account to having a full parking space reservation in about five minutes. Unfortunately I ended up having to cancel my trip about a week early so I requested a refund and it was instant with no hassle. I think in general, from now on I’ll just use this app to see if there are other parking garages by the same owner, and reserve spaces in those (if I ever have to bring a car back to NYC - I still like the train better). The only 2 things things that I would wish for are: 1. That they had an option to add the parking pass to your Apple Wallet so I just need to bring up a code on my phone when I get there and they scan it. 2. They allowed you to add a previously booked guest reservation to your current account. I started on the web with the reservation and then got the app and wanted to add the reservation to the app, but couldn’t. I kept the app and will now use it from now on instead of checking out as a “guest” from now on. Overall, a great app.
