Overview
- The Sphere Experience is a two-part multi-sensory experience lasting approximately two hours.
- The program starts the moment you walk through our doors where you’ll be greeted by Aura, our real-life humanoid robot – and one of five identical robots you can interact with in our atrium.
- Aura will explain how technology has helped maximize human potential throughout our history. You’ll see holographs, avatar captures, beam-forming sound displays and the world’s largest Hypervsn display, projecting a 50-foot-high holographic-like image.
- The Sphere Experience continues with a specially commissioned immersive film by acclaimed director, Darren Aronofsky (Pi, Black Swan, The Whale). Part sci-fi story, part nature documentary, Postcard from Earth takes you on a journey from the Antarctic, deep into the ocean, across 15 different global locations and deep into space.
- You will see the world like never before. It is the first cinematic project specially commissioned for Sphere and takes advantage of all our experiential technologies, from the world’s largest high-definition screen that wraps over and around you to the haptic seats that let you feel the movie to the 167,000 speakers that immerse you in sound.

- Outside food and beverage (including sealed cans and bottles) are not permitted inside Sphere. Clear, soft-plastic, empty bottles are permitted. Accessible water fountains are located throughout the venue.
- Food and beverage are available for purchase at Sphere.
- Merchandise may be available for purchase at your event. Please keep in mind that Sphere is a cashless venue and only accepts credits cards or mobile payment, including Google Pay and Apple pay.
- Sphere is a “no bag” facility, meaning that large bags and backpacks are not permitted inside the venue. Sphere does not provide an area to check bags, coats or any other personal belongings.
- Sphere is a non-smoking facility; guests shall not smoke anywhere in Sphere.
- Guests shall not interfere with the event, the performers or the athletes in any way.
- Guests shall avoid blocking the view of other guests.
- Guests shall not stand on seats or any other building structure.

Great memories, good price
This app made it super easy to reserve a space and time for our trip to NYC. We usually take the train, but needed a car this time. I usually hate looking for parking, so I tried to find a garage near our hotel. When I found that there was one just a block away I went to their website and saw that they had this app. It was super easy to set up and I found a space and was able to adjust the time and complete my transaction from creating an account to having a full parking space reservation in about five minutes. Unfortunately I ended up having to cancel my trip about a week early so I requested a refund and it was instant with no hassle. I think in general, from now on I’ll just use this app to see if there are other parking garages by the same owner, and reserve spaces in those (if I ever have to bring a car back to NYC - I still like the train better). The only 2 things things that I would wish for are: 1. That they had an option to add the parking pass to your Apple Wallet so I just need to bring up a code on my phone when I get there and they scan it. 2. They allowed you to add a previously booked guest reservation to your current account. I started on the web with the reservation and then got the app and wanted to add the reservation to the app, but couldn’t. I kept the app and will now use it from now on instead of checking out as a “guest” from now on. Overall, a great app.
