  • How long is The Sphere Experience? The Sphere Experience is a two-part program that begins when you enter the venue. The approximately 1 hour 45 minute experience begins in the Atrium, where, through one-of-a-kind immersive technology experiences created specifically for Sphere, guests will gain a better understanding of how technology amplifies our human potential. The Sphere Experience then continues in the main venue bowl for a multi-sensory cinematic experience – Darren Aronofsky’s Postcard from Earth.
  • The Sphere Experience is intended for guests six years of age and older. All guests, regardless of age, require a ticket to attend The Sphere Experience.
  • We strongly suggest that guests under 18 years of age attending an event are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Mobile tickets will need to be presented on your smartphone. We recommend downloading and adding tour tickets to your phone’s wallet in advance of your arrival. Guests can display more than one ticket on the same smartphone.
  • All ticket sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.

What is the cancellation policy?

Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?

Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals

  • Doors for The Sphere Experience open at the event time listed on your ticket. As soon as you enter the venue, The Sphere Experience begins for guests to explore and interact with the immersive technology experiences in the Atrium. Seating for Postcard from Earth in the main venue bowl begins approximately 25 minutes after the time listed on your ticket. For example, with a 7:00pm ticket to The Sphere Experience, the interactive portion in the Atrium begins at 7:00pm, and seating for Postcard from Earth begins at approximately 7:25pm, for an approximate 7:45pm start time.
  • Postcard from Earth starts approximately 45 minutes after doors open for The Sphere Experience and the immersive technology experiences in the Atrium begin. For example, with a 7:00pm ticket to The Sphere Experience, the interactive portion in the Atrium begins at 7:00pm, and seating for Postcard from Earth begins at approximately 7:25pm, for an approximate 7:45pm start time. Late seating during Postcard from Earth is not permitted due to the film’s immersive effects. We encourage guests to remain seated for the duration of the 50-minute cinematic experience.
  • Postcard from Earth is an immersive experience with various elements, including seat haptics, movement sensations, flashing lights, intense lighting, visual effects, loud noises, and atmospheric simulations that may include fog, scent, and wind. Such elements may aggravate certain medical or physical conditions, and guests should take into consideration if they have a history of discomfort or physical symptoms when experiencing these elements. If you have any concerns and/or are pregnant, you should consult with your physician prior to attending the event.
  • Photo and video may be taken throughout the Atrium but are not permitted during the cinematic experience.
  • Do I have to wear a VR headset, headphones, or glasses during The Sphere Experience?- Wearable technology is not part of The Sphere Experience.
  • Is ADA or accessible seating available? Accessible seating may be secured through Ticketmaster or by contacting the Sphere Accessibility Services Department at guestrelations@thesphere.com or 725-258-6724, Monday through Friday between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm PT, and Saturday and Sunday between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm PT. For additional information.
  • Sphere is located at 255 Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169. Guests can enter the property on foot via Sands Avenue or Westchester Drive and enter the venue via the Plaza Entry on the east side of the building. The venue can also be accessed via the Venetian pedestrian bridge connected to The Venetian Resort.
  • Parking is available both onsite and in nearby lots, and can be purchased in advance of your event. Subject to availability, drive-up parking may also be available for purchase upon arrival at the lots noted.
  • Rideshare pick up and drop off for Sphere is located at the corner of Manhattan St and Westchester Dr. On event days, Sphere staff will be onsite to direct you to the venue.
  • Sphere is a “no bag” facility, meaning that large bags and backpacks are not permitted inside the venue. Sphere does not provide an area to check bags, coats or any other personal belongings. Exceptions to this policy include small clutches, purses, and fanny packs that are no larger than approximately 6 in. x 6 in. x 2 in., as well as diaper bags and bags required for medical items. Please note that all bags are subject to additional screening and inspection, either by visual or x-ray technology. If you or someone in your party has additional needs, please contact Guest Relations at guestrelations@thesphere.com or 725-258-6724, Monday through Friday between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm PT, and Saturday and Sunday between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm PT.
  • In order to maintain an enjoyable experience for all guests, video cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, audio recording devices, and professional cameras (those including telephoto or zoom lenses) are not permitted inside Sphere. Sphere does not provide an area to check bags, coats or any other personal belongings. Members of the media should reach out to SpherePR@thesphere.com with any inquiries.
  • Laptops and tablets are not permitted inside Sphere. Sphere does not provide an area to check bags, coats or any other personal belongings.
  • Only service animals are permitted inside Sphere. If you or a member of your party is bringing a service animal, we strongly recommend that you contact the Accessibility Services Department at guestrelations@thesphere.com or 725-258-6724 prior to your event.

This app made it super easy to reserve a space and time for our trip to NYC. We usually take the train, but needed a car this time. I usually hate looking for parking, so I tried to find a garage near our hotel. When I found that there was one just a block away I went to their website and saw that they had this app. It was super easy to set up and I found a space and was able to adjust the time and complete my transaction from creating an account to having a full parking space reservation in about five minutes. Unfortunately I ended up having to cancel my trip about a week early so I requested a refund and it was instant with no hassle. I think in general, from now on I’ll just use this app to see if there are other parking garages by the same owner, and reserve spaces in those (if I ever have to bring a car back to NYC - I still like the train better). The only 2 things things that I would wish for are: 1. That they had an option to add the parking pass to your Apple Wallet so I just need to bring up a code on my phone when I get there and they scan it. 2. They allowed you to add a previously booked guest reservation to your current account. I started on the web with the reservation and then got the app and wanted to add the reservation to the app, but couldn’t. I kept the app and will now use it from now on instead of checking out as a “guest” from now on. Overall, a great app.

Absolutely great booking experience. I ordered three tickets for the observation desk at the Empire State Building N.Y. The price was 50 USD cheaper than the official price.
