Booking and Confirmation Process
- Due to high demand, inventory is mostly synchronous but sometimes not. Our consultant will check real time availability onsite and confirm seats.
- You will receive your booking information instantly via email. In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your spam folder or notify us via email.

- All shooter must understand English or ride along with a translator.

What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- After we received your order, we will confirm your order manually.
- Please be sure to provide accurate name, phone number and email address when placing an order, and keep your phone free.
- Customer can use our voucher to check-in. Customer need to pay $25/shooter Fuel Surcharge on site.
- Customer must bring Passport or ID card to check in at the office.
- 6.Customer must wait at the pickup location 10 minutes before the pickup time. (If customer arrived late, the reservation will be canceled and no refund.)
- Customer must follow the staff’s instruction, file and sign the waiver. Otherwise staffs have right to refuse customer to join.
- During winter months, wear closed-toe shoes, socks, and warm clothes.
- During summer months, you may wear pants, shorts, and t-shirts but are still required to wear closed toe shoes.
- If is closed due to weather or other reasons, the package will be full refund.

Great memories, good price
This app made it super easy to reserve a space and time for our trip to NYC. We usually take the train, but needed a car this time. I usually hate looking for parking, so I tried to find a garage near our hotel. When I found that there was one just a block away I went to their website and saw that they had this app. It was super easy to set up and I found a space and was able to adjust the time and complete my transaction from creating an account to having a full parking space reservation in about five minutes. Unfortunately I ended up having to cancel my trip about a week early so I requested a refund and it was instant with no hassle. I think in general, from now on I’ll just use this app to see if there are other parking garages by the same owner, and reserve spaces in those (if I ever have to bring a car back to NYC - I still like the train better). The only 2 things things that I would wish for are: 1. That they had an option to add the parking pass to your Apple Wallet so I just need to bring up a code on my phone when I get there and they scan it. 2. They allowed you to add a previously booked guest reservation to your current account. I started on the web with the reservation and then got the app and wanted to add the reservation to the app, but couldn’t. I kept the app and will now use it from now on instead of checking out as a “guest” from now on. Overall, a great app.
