Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals

• After we received your order, we will confirm your order manually.
• Please be sure to provide accurate name, phone number and email address when placing an order, and keep your phone free.
• Customer can use our voucher to check-in. Customer need to pay $25/shooter Fuel Surcharge on site.
• Customer must bring Passport or ID card to check in at the office.
• 6.Customer must wait at the pickup location 10 minutes before the pickup time. (If customer arrived late, the reservation will be canceled and no refund.)
• Customer must follow the staff’s instruction, file and sign the waiver. Otherwise staffs have right to refuse customer to join.
• During winter months, wear closed-toe shoes, socks, and warm clothes.
• During summer months, you may wear pants, shorts, and t-shirts but are still required to wear closed toe shoes.
• If is closed due to weather or other reasons, the package will be full refund.
