- Free waiting time: 90 minutes for pick-up based on flight landing time, 120 minutes for visa-on-arrival, and 30 minutes for drop-off.

- 2、Overtime Waiting Fee: If you need the driver to continue to wait beyond the free waiting time, please take the initiative to contact the driver to communicate the waiting time and pay the driver an overtime waiting fee of 10 yuan/15 minutes. - Pickup process:
- 1. When your guest arrives at the ATTA counter, please present your confirmation slip to the counter staff or provide the name and passport information corresponding to the order.
- 2. Our staff will take photos of the guest for evidence purposes and contact the pick-up driver immediately.
- 3. The driver will arrive at the pick-up point in approximately 10-15 minutes and will pick up guests on time.
- 4. Once the driver arrives, the pick-up person will assist the guests to the car to ensure that their journey is safe and smooth.
- Please show your ORDER and PASSPORT, the attendant will lead you to the car after verification.
