How To Use
- Reserve at least one day in advance
- Please note that on September 1, 2024, the time of Ladyboy show will be changed to two shows per day at 19:45 and 21:45, each show will last for 50 minutes. Thai food and Thai dance will remain unchanged.
- The first dance time is 19:45 and the second dance time is 21:45.
- Thai Dinner with Thai Dance Performance: Two sessions per day 18:00 & 19:45 The first session starts with dinner at 18:00 and a Thai dance performance from 18:30-19:15. The second session starts at 19:45 for dinner and 20:00-20:45 for Thai dance performance.
- After your booking is successful we will help you out within 1 working hour, and will send the e-voucher to your e-mail please pay attention to check (if you do not receive the confirmation after 1 working hour, it means that your information is incomplete, customer service can not contact you, please contact customer service immediately);
- For urgent orders please contact customer service to help you rush orders;
- E-voucher is the only proof of your trip, if the information you provide is accurate, there will be no manual contact with you before the trip, please check the information in the confirmation email after you receive the confirmation email! If you have any questions, please contact us in time;
- Use the e-voucher to exchange tickets at the ticket counter.

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- Show regulations: with the group guests can not be booked, such as showground identified as guests with the group, will not be treated! - Tipping is required when taking a picture with a siren, usually 50~100 baht, or double if there are two sirens; and so on. - The queue for the free ferry to Aisatique may be quite long, so it is recommended that you leave as early as possible to avoid delaying the show.
